Cheese Apologies

Fellow readers, I know that I have not kept up with my cheesing as promised. I apologize for leading you all on and perhaps disappointing a few of you. Do not fret. I will be back with more from the depths of the caves and the cheese house, as soon as the muse of the keyboard comes a calling.
